Must-have skills: Network Infrastructures (strong understanding of network terminology and protocols; hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls; F5 and NetScaler load balancers; Cisco routers and switches; Cisco SD-WAN; Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points (WAPs); proven experience in managing production and core network infrastructure; familiarity with quality control and inspection methodologies)
Good-to-have skills: NA (exposure to process optimization techniques in network operations; certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage and support customer network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points
Handle configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls
Administer and optimize load balancers (F5 and NetScaler) for high availability and performance
Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches across core and edge environments
Deploy and manage Cisco SD-WAN solutions and wireless access points (WAPs)
Participate in network design, implementation, and documentation activities
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and inspection protocols
Provide L3 support for escalated network issues and coordinate with OEMs and vendors as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
Maintain detailed records of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions
Design and deploy networking solutions across DC
