Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation, improvement, and standardization of work instructions
  • Review engineering change orders (ECOs) or similar documentation to understand scope and impact
  • Review existing documentation; revise and edit as needed for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Observe team members performing tasks to validate instruction accuracy and identify gaps
  • Collaborate with team members (TMs), leads, supervisors, and technical staff to ensure instructions reflect current best practices and process changes
  • Communicate and train affected employees on updated processes or requirements
  • Support procurement of project materials and goods
  • Coordinate with engineers and technicians to confirm what to order (specs, quantities, need dates)
  • Reconcile deliveries on site (verify part numbers, quantities, condition); resolve discrepancies
