Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field; in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity production environment
3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a strong preference for candidates who have led impactful projects
Proficiency in GD&T and demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings
Proficiency with CAD tools and the ability to translate designs into manufacturable solutions
Experience developing and implementing production processes and systems in high-growth or fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Perform DFM analyses using Hadrian's internal software tools to determine compatibility with Hadrian's factories and make recommendations to the customer for cost and quality optimization
Utilize part technical information to generate costing models and develop customer-facing proposals
Partner with stakeholders to strategize, plan, and implement software and manufacturing solutions, acting as the internal customer to ensure tools meet real production needs
Gather and analyze industry data to help steer Hadrian’s automation technology and manufacturing market decisions
Monitor factory performance to help optimize Hadrian’s software, ensuring quality standards, process integrity, and alignment with customer requirements
Apply strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing terminology to evaluate designs and ensure accurate, high-quality production outcomes
