Requirements

Mandarin language proficiency (Reading, Speaking, Writing) - MUST
Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable (PTP, OTC)
Knowledge of General Ledger Reporting (RTR)
Experience in Masterdata Management (MDM)
Ability to handle day-to-day tasks in Billing and Payable functions, including Cost Allocation, Reconciliation, and Month End Closing
Familiarity with WPP Policies, SOX requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Understanding of SLAs/KPIs in finance operations

Responsibilities

Work with Team Lead to identify and document Client's billing processes
Review and finalize invoices with required supporting documentation (e.g., signed Client Schedule, PO, third-party invoices)
Approve and post accounting entries for invoices
Dispatch invoices and supporting documentation to Clients per their billing process
Review and finalize draft credit notes or raise credit notes with supporting documentation
Approve and post accounting entries for credit notes
Dispatch credit notes and supporting documentation to Clients
Receive and save vendor invoices/vendor billing files and supporting documents
Check invoices for proper documentation, attach to AP System, and submit for payment per WPP Policies, SOX, and SOP
Process invoices, credit memos, and debit memos timely and accurately per SLA/KPI
Ensure all assigned invoices are accounted for at end of each business day
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies timely
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and transactions
Perform reconciliations of vendor statements, research, and address discrepancies
Review reconciliation and supporting documentation for Company purchases, Settled Credit Cards, and respond to OpCo queries
Book and upload intercompany transactions
Work with PTP Leaders on Account Analysis to clear Aged AP and Net Debit Balance (NDB)
Receive, record, and resolve queries from Clients, Vendors, or OpCos
Collaborate with OpCo to resolve queries
Drive implementation of global process initiatives to streamline/automate PTP and OTC processes, including system enhancements and process improvements
