Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy for AU and NZ aligned with the company's global objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that drive business expansion and profitability
Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Implement best practices, streamline processes, and leverage technology to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement
Develop and manage the country budgets, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and ensure adherence to financial targets and objectives
Build and lead a high-performing team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to your leadership team
