Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow SEI’s Chicago consulting branch, driving both business and cultural success
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across local Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies
  • Build and execute strategic plans for business development, talent growth, and operational excellence
  • Champion SEI’s servant leadership model—mentoring, developing, and empowering team members
  • Collaborate with fellow Managing Directors and the national leadership team to advance SEI’s collective goals and shared success
  • Ensure delivery excellence and alignment with SEI’s core values and strategic vision
  • Manage P&L performance, office growth metrics, and equity value creation
  • Drive the overall cultural, strategic, and financial health of the office by building long-term client and employee relationships within the Chicago market
  • Guide a high-performing team of consultants and leaders, ensuring SEI’s continued growth and success while upholding our people-first culture
