Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
7+ years of experience, of which at least 2 years leading a team
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing team
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach regularly; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel 0-25%

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors and associates
Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development
Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions
Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse
Evaluate and implement new technologies and warehouse management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational decisions
Contribute to the development and management of the warehouse budget
