Requirements

The Manager of Technical Account Management must have experience leading a Customer Success Team and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle. They should be proficient in managing customer relationships from contract signing through implementation and beyond, ensuring long-term satisfaction. A strong grasp of sales pipelines, agile delivery methodologies, project resource management, and financial oversight of customer engagements is essential. Experience in creating and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and identifying upsell opportunities is also required. The role necessitates up-to-date technical knowledge and the ability to manage escalated customer issues effectively.

Responsibilities

The Manager, TAM will lead and develop a Customer Success Team to deliver technical implementations and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing team metrics, building strong customer relationships, managing the customer lifecycle, and preparing for new opportunities. They will collaborate with Agile Leads and Resource Management, oversee financial management of engagements, and support the creation of contractual documents. Additionally, they will drive upsell opportunities, ensure effective deployment plans, optimize customer success processes, manage critical customer issues, conduct regular customer meetings, ensure a positive customer experience, and support the development of enablement tools.
