Ideally hold a Master's degree in Taxation and CAPA
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in taxation and/or accounting
Good knowledge of general corporate taxation and general accounting (IFRS or French accounting standards)
Interested in integrating into a multidisciplinary team of specialists
Organized, rigorous, methodical, and sharing values of excellence, leadership, and teamwork
Mastery of English, both written and oral
Responsibilities
Lead teams in tax accounting consulting and tax management
Perform tax reviews for current and deferred taxes according to IFRS, US-GAAP standards for international and national clients
Coordinate and supervise international teams on tax audits, taking charge of team supervision
Advise clients on improving their operational strategy and organization of tax functions, tax processes, and tax risk management
Develop "best practice solutions" with your team and help clients develop, analyze, and validate tax strategies in the context of evolving regulatory conditions in tax law and financial reporting (e.g., supporting fiscal evolutions such as BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 ("GloBE"))
Support clients and teams through digitalization to stay at the forefront of technologies and innovations in tax accounting
Develop commercial relationships in collaboration with the assigned partner for each client
