Requirements

Experience with U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations
Experience with ASC 740 tax provision, deferred tax, and FIN 48 positions
Experience with transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements
Experience with global tax provisioning and country-by-country impact analysis
Experience with cross-border transactions, permanent establishment risks, and repatriation planning
Experience with entity structuring and tax-efficient setups
Experience coordinating tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Experience working with external advisors (Big 4, local consultants)

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance
Oversee ASC 740 tax provision, deferred tax, and FIN 48 positions
Manage quarterly estimated tax payments, annual extensions, and true-up processes
Coordinate R&D tax credit studies, QSBS eligibility, and other incentive claims
Coordinate direct and indirect tax compliance across all entities
Monitor transfer pricing policies and intercompany agreements
Oversee global tax provisioning
Advise on cross-border transactions, permanent establishment risks, and withholding tax applicability
Support entity structuring, expansion, and evaluation of tax-efficient setups
Proactively identify tax exposures, risks, and planning opportunities
