Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry, with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning processes
  • Proficient in utilizing supply chain management software and data analytics tools
  • Experience with contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret supply chain performance metrics
  • Familiarity with DDMRP/MRP methodologies and inventory management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office Suite applications
  • Experience managing inventory in an international supply chain environment is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively to various stakeholders
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing the procurement process, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers
  • Developing and implementing inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock while ensuring availability for production
  • Coordinating with logistics to optimize shipping processes and reduce lead times
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to align on demand fluctuations and product launches
  • Analyzing supply chain performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and reporting to senior management
  • Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are met
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and problem-solving, utilizing a continuous improvement mindset
