Requirements

  • Proven technical project management and leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software development and architectural design
  • Hands-on experience in web development (HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Vue)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python), with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with automated testing, code quality, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
  • Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and best engineering practices
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and manage cross-site teams
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a software development team through the complete agile software development lifecycle—from planning and design to delivery and maintenance
  • Partner with Product Management, Design, and Customer Teams to define and implement modern, strategic solutions
  • Collaborate with other development managers to prioritize, evaluate, and deliver optimized technical solutions
  • Drive project planning, milestone tracking, and transparent progress reporting to leadership
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through mentoring and metrics-driven feedback
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, testing, deployment, and DevOps
