Responsibilities

As a Manager, Software Engineering - UX Foundations, you will lead the UX Foundations team, responsible for creating and maintaining a modern, scalable, and consistent user experience for Jobber’s Service Providers across web and mobile platforms. This includes managing the Design System (Atlantis), supporting feature teams in adopting UX patterns and components, and creating horizontal surfaces that unify the Jobber experience. You will also be responsible for supporting the team’s growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring the team’s mission of making Jobber’s User Experience ‘Stupid Easy’ is achieved.
