Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops a team with individual objectives, task management, 1:1’s, annual reviews, status reports, and project planning
  • Coordinates technology roadmap with the engineering and leadership teams to improve the underlying costs and capabilities
  • Coordinates and leads development processes to drive efficient workflow through the processes and continuous integration
  • Adheres to coding policies, user documentation, and operational discipline as defined by the development policy
  • Participates in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile, Kanban & Waterfall) including technical requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, code deployment, and production support
  • Maintains and migrates the legacy technology layers to everyday industry standard technologies
  • Manages vendors and subcontractors (including offshore and out-of-time zone)
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to a multi-disciplined team providing mentors and demonstrating technical excellence through standard processes
