Responsibilities

Leads and develops a team with individual objectives, task management, 1:1’s, annual reviews, status reports, and project planning
Coordinates technology roadmap with the engineering and leadership teams to improve the underlying costs and capabilities
Coordinates and leads development processes to drive efficient workflow through the processes and continuous integration
Adheres to coding policies, user documentation, and operational discipline as defined by the development policy
Participates in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (Agile, Kanban & Waterfall) including technical requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, code deployment, and production support
Maintains and migrates the legacy technology layers to everyday industry standard technologies
Manages vendors and subcontractors (including offshore and out-of-time zone)
Provides mentorship and guidance to a multi-disciplined team providing mentors and demonstrating technical excellence through standard processes
