Responsibilities

  • Design and implement commercial education strategies for JJSV Canada
  • Develop and deliver training programs on sales process/excellence, product knowledge, customer engagement, and strategic selling
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to sales training learners, using metrics/observations for next-step recommendations
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and create targeted learning interventions
  • Ensure learning content is current, copy-approved, relevant, and compliant, working with content leads/vendors
  • Lead development/execution of re-imagined onboarding, continuous learning, and advanced capability programs
  • Facilitate learning on anatomy, procedures, clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices for commercial sales in cataract business
  • Connect with global colleagues to implement best practices and leverage learning tools/assets
  • Manage learning platforms, tools, and resources for accessibility/effectiveness
  • Monitor/evaluate program impact through KPIs and feedback loops
  • Integrate with business units to understand strategic priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, and other teams for content relevance/alignment
  • Plan Canada’s training strategy and build/conduct learning in live, virtual, and self-guided formats, reporting to Senior Manager of Sales Training
