Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, or a related field in the energy industry, preferably in LNG
  • Strong knowledge of API Q1, ISO 9001, international quality standards, and technical matters related to ASME and API codes and standards
  • Experience with data mining, advanced sheet formulas, data visualization, dashboard creation, automation, and system process analysis
  • Well-articulated with excellent written and verbal communication, planning, computing, technical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel, both domestic and international
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, work within project deadlines and adjust as priorities change
  • Possess the ability to mentor others through technical training and guidance
  • Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to include P&IDs, Civil/Structural plans and details, Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Piping Isometrics, etc
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of all industry codes, standards, and industry best practices
  • Have advanced computer experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, BI, Adobe, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card

Responsibilities

  • Collect and ensure accuracy of input data
  • Maintain quality summary sheets, registers reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data using Smartsheet, BI, PowerPoint, Adobe, and similar tools
  • Track NCRs, CARs, SCARs, audit findings, inspection & test progress, surveillance observations, quality risks, and document status
  • Analyze trends, develop executive-level presentations, and issue periodic reports to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with Quality team members (internal, external, field) and Discipline leads to ensure timely and accurate data flow
  • Support weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly quality reviews, contractor performance meetings, and continuous improvement
