Requirements

  • 10+ years of Public Sector/SLED software sales experience
  • 5+ years in sales leadership (Manager or Director level)
  • Experience in AWS Marketplace sales
  • Experience in FedRAMP environments
  • Proven success working with SLED and federal fulfillment partners
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to C-suite executives
  • Experience selling into construction, infrastructure, or government technology markets (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Procore’s Southeast Public Sector American Sales teams to drive sales performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Guide, coach, and develop Account Executives to exceed targets
  • Drive AWS Marketplace sales motions and adoption
  • Ensure compliance within FedRAMP security frameworks
  • Collaborate with fulfillment partners and procurement networks
  • Manage territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline development
  • Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts
  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key Public Sector accounts
  • Identify market trends and customer insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Travel (40% - 50%) to client sites, Procore offices and industry events as needed
