Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field. They should have over 5 years of project management experience in the software, internet, or IT industries, with at least 3 years in a PMO role. Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills are necessary, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure. Good data analysis skills and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies are preferred. PMP, ACP, Pgmp, P2, SAFe, or Scrum certifications are a plus, as is a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Candidates should be able to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
The Project Management Manager will oversee the full lifecycle management of key company projects, ensuring effective control from planning to completion. They will utilize professional project management methods to achieve project goals, enhance team efficiency, manage project risks, and coordinate stakeholder expectations. The role involves monitoring project progress, producing tracking charts, and providing decision support to leadership. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for resource management and efficiency improvement through standardization and digitalization, as well as conducting project reviews to capture management experiences and empower teams.
