Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project development, infrastructure, or construction sector
At least 5 years of experience in project controls management on large-scale programs or projects (30-100 M€)
Experience in a matrix organization and multi-year programs
Responsibilities
Lead a team of about 10 collaborators and manage the Project Controls service
Ensure quality reporting and control to respect schedules, programming, forecasts, and budgets
Implement and monitor the current year's IFP plan (~120M€ annually, 600 projects) and specific Capital projects/programs (annual or multi-year)
Monitor and control overall activity: progress, changes, and risks in costs, scheduling, and planning; implement corrective actions with Program Managers for deviations
Collaborate in a matrix organization with Program Managers, divisions, and execution teams on IFP plan and capital projects; assist in forecasting, cost management/control, document control, and reporting
Support project managers in budget and planning mastery; identify/analyze critical paths, scope variations, and schedule changes; propose corrective recommendations
Monthly follow-up of projects and associated reporting (costs, scope, planning evolutions, risks) using appropriate tools; create/maintain complete project documentation and update tools
Develop and analyze cost and schedule controls for current-year projects
Coordinate and lead project control presentations to management and clients
Prepare the project control plan for year N
Participate in developing the N+1 plan with the IFP team for workload distribution
Provide proposals for arbitrations by program managers and general management on budget envelopes
Manage and develop a team of construction economists, estimators, and planners in line with objectives; integrate with Document Control team
Lead evolution, optimization, and implementation of processes/procedures for adequate governance of programs/projects
Collaborate/coordinate with teams (Finance, Procurement, clients) to optimize financial resources
