Responsibilities

  • Create alignment with cross-functional client departments (Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering)
  • Produce key project controls deliverables: Budget estimates
  • Produce key project controls deliverables: Detailed project schedules and milestones
  • Produce key project controls deliverables: Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis
  • Produce key project controls deliverables: Project cost reports and trend analysis
  • Produce key project controls deliverables: Comprehensive monthly project summary reports
  • Analyze complex project data and deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages to support decision-making
  • Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools
  • Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards and deliverable trackers
