Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and mentor project managers within Operations
Lead major cross-functional projects and portfolios
Collaborate with project managers and leaders to drive improvements
Maintain a full portfolio view of all major projects impacting Operations
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization
Be accountable for the success of project status updates
Provide stakeholders with visibility and updates on key initiatives
Create and share reports to increase transparency and improve efficiency
Comply with Quality Management System and EHS policies
Develop unique processes and/or update processes/systems to improve efficiencies
