Responsibilities

The Manager, Product Performance Engineering will oversee complaint handling and serve as the subject matter expert for product investigations within the Abbott Heart Failure Division. They will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Design teams to ensure compliance with global regulations and customer expectations. This role involves implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system, providing supervision to staff, and communicating quality issues to management and relevant cross-functional areas. The manager will also be responsible for training employees and assessing their performance, as well as working with regulatory agencies and customers.
