We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Program Management - Software to lead a team of program, project, and release managers. This role will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our software products and updates, ensuring they meet both business goals and regulatory and quality requirements. The Director will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Regulatory, Quality, and other functional teams to drive the seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our customers. #LI-Remote; #LI-IB1

Responsibilities

  • Program Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation of cross-functional program plans and detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Ensure that all teams are working towards common goals and tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Drive Program Success: Lead a team of program managers, project managers, and release managers, to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of software products and updates, from inception through post-launch.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks across all programs, developing mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project timelines, scope, or quality.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Research, etc.) to define clear priorities and deliverables, ensuring alignment and buy-in across all stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with senior Technology and cross-functional leadership and key stakeholders, providing transparent updates on program status, risks, and performance. Ensure that all parties are informed of escalated potential issues and that solutions are developed and communicated effectively.
