Advocate for User-Centered Design: Define and advocate for user-centered design principles
Create UI Designs & Components: Oversee the creation of high-fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and design system components
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate business objectives into design solutions
Conduct User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
Establish Design Best Practices: Establish and maintain design best practices, ensuring high-quality output with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
Mentor Design Team: Mentor and coach a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
