The Manager, Payroll Service Delivery will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalated issues and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve timely resolutions. They will manage client expectations, communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and conduct regular service review meetings with clients, including agenda setting, minute taking, and action item follow-up. Furthermore, this role involves managing client satisfaction data, reporting, and overall management, demonstrating strong ownership in issue resolution and building long-lasting client relationships.
