Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, CRO, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO principles and the evolving landscape of generative engine optimization
  • Hands-on experience developing and running website experiments using tools like VWO or other testing platforms
  • Experience with Conductor or similar platforms to support SEO/GEO research, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Heap, or similar
  • A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation and optimization

Responsibilities

  • Drive SEO & Organic Acquisition
  • Grow qualified traffic and leads from organic search channels
  • Audit and optimize site architecture, metadata, and internal linking
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to shape keyword and content strategy
  • Launch SEO-driven content experiments
  • Analyze and strengthen organic conversion paths across the funnel
  • Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Increase Hometap’s visibility and credibility within answers generated by leading AI models
  • Identify high-value prompts, topics, and question categories where Hometap should appear
  • Optimize content structure for large language model ingestion
  • Publish authoritative, well-structured content that models can easily interpret and reference
  • Build a monitoring framework to track when and where Hometap is surfaced in generative outputs
  • Manage CRO & Website Experimentation
  • Improve site performance and conversion throughout the funnel
  • Partner with the Growth Product Manager to develop and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on headlines, messaging, layouts, CTAs and form flows
  • Launch and optimize interactive tools to drive engagement and lead quality
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to strengthen post-conversion flows and onboarding journeys
