Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus, and must have at least five years of experience in order management or billing, including a minimum of two years in a people management role. Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP is required, along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The Manager, Order Management – Domestic will lead and manage a team of domestic order specialists, overseeing the end-to-end order processing workflow for all U.S.-based customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while maintaining compliance. This role will own the order processing lifecycle, coordinating across multiple teams, ensuring compliance with SOX controls, Axon’s booking policy, and audit requirements. The manager will also drive continuous improvement in order processes, monitor order volumes and performance, support go-live operations, and train and develop the order management team.
