Requirements

  • University Degree (Masters’ degree desirable)
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Shared Services industry with minimum 3 to 5 years in Continuous Improvement domain
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
  • Experience delivering Lean Six Sigma training (minimum Green Belt level)
  • Lean Six Sigma project coaching experience (minimum Green Belt level)
  • Deep understanding of shared services operations (especially Finance, HR, IT, Procurement)
  • Practical knowledge of tools such as Celonis, BI, RPA, Power Automate, Gen AI / Agentic AI
  • Experience in Pharma domain (plus)
  • Experience working with Commercial, Sales, Manufacturing (plus)
  • Excellent English both spoken and written
  • Industry knowledge - Shared Services
  • Good knowledge of process automation solutions (Low code automation tools, RPA, BI, Process Intelligence, Gen AI, Agentic AI)
  • Project management knowledge desirable (PMP or Agile, Scrum methodologies)
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels
  • Excellent Business acumen, project management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder management, influencing, analytics, presentation and change management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, Visio, Tableau / Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across AGS functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, R&D Operations, Supply Chain)
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives or projects delivering measurable business impact through process redesign, simplification, and automation
  • Design and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs across certification levels
  • Facilitate Kaizen and process improvement workshops to foster innovation and agility
  • Establish governance frameworks, cadence, and KPIs to monitor and sustain Continuous Improvement (CI) culture and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teams or CI project leads, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to deploy tools (low code automation, Tableau, RPA, AI) to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Lead and deploy AGS Service Management Practice initiatives/projects to improve service delivery
  • Lead and deliver assigned strategic transformation projects to achieve enterprise transformation goals
