Requirements

  • Expertise in SAP planning functionality and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
  • Strong skills in daily production scheduling management, considering demand fluctuation, capacity, constraints, productivity, and resource allocation
  • Experience in contingency management for urgent changes (e.g., demand spikes, material shortages, quality issues, machine downtime)
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including Production Manager, Production Supervisors, Master Planning Manager, P&L, MOP, QSE, Engineering, PP
  • Proficiency in inventory control for WIP and Batch Remnants
  • Skills in data maintenance and updating product information in SAP and MES
  • Experience coordinating New Product Introductions (NPIs)
  • Capability to lead IT system recovery efforts for scheduling disruptions
  • Knowledge of production KPIs (e.g., volume, hours, productivity, MUV) and analysis for improvements
  • Experience in feasibility studies, project management, and PMO reporting
  • Skills in traceability management during contingencies (e.g., quality issues, IMCR)
  • Ability to execute monthly/weekly close activities and inventory counts in SAP

Responsibilities

  • Lead optimization of Finite schedule, including daily scheduling management via SAP and MES
  • Handle contingency management for urgent change requests with minimal impact on production targets
  • Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to align priorities and address constraints
  • Manage and maintain WIP and Batch Remnants inventory to minimize waste
  • Maintain and update product data in SAP and MES for accuracy
  • Coordinate scheduling for New Product Introductions (NPIs) with relevant teams
  • Lead IT system recovery support for scheduling disruptions
  • Monitor and analyze production KPIs (e.g., volume, hours, productivity, MUV) for efficiency improvements
  • Develop corrective actions with SVs and managers based on KPI trends
  • Conduct feasibility studies for improvement initiatives and projects like Site Master Plan (SMP)
  • Lead project management for production capability enhancements and provide PMO updates
  • Manage traceability during contingencies using SAP and MES data
  • Execute monthly/weekly close activities and inventory counts/reporting
