Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of O&M or asset management contracting experience
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business and industry, and a solid understanding of legal concepts
  • Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, negotiate, execute, and manage a wide variety of operational and long-term service agreement contracts
  • Maximize the value of existing O&M agreements through close collaboration with Procurement, Asset Management, and Operations departments
  • Lead a team of three (3) sourcing specialists dedicated to supporting operational scopes and transactions
  • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts for Clearway’s portfolio of operating wind, solar, and battery storage projects
  • Maintain records of correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
  • Communicate and present information and sourcing recommendations to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
  • Assist stakeholders with contract interpretation and support escalation of key contractual terms internally and externally
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers performing under long-term service agreements
  • Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal of key operating agreements
  • Resolve any contract-related problems that arise externally and internally
  • Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well-maintained
  • Provide active support and inputs on new potential business opportunities with new long-term service agreement providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes with key stakeholders
