Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or digital marketing within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems
  • Experience connecting audience insights, channel planning, and business outcomes
  • Ability to translate big ideas into actionable strategies
  • Experience balancing analytical rigor with creative thinking
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated media strategies across digital channels to meet client KPIs and business goals
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and media frameworks that connect brand objectives with measurable outcomes
  • Support senior leadership in planning and overseeing program growth, while driving innovation across client portfolios
  • Serve as a key media strategy contact for assigned clients, leading day-to-day strategic conversations and presenting recommendations confidently
  • Partner with clients to identify business and marketing goals, proactively proposing new opportunities to drive growth and maturity
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and performance delivery
  • Partner with Media Activation teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively and align with best practices
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Experience Design, and Creative teams to deliver holistic marketing solutions
  • Mentor and support junior strategists, contributing to team development and fostering best-practice adoption
  • Identify and champion emerging media opportunities, tools, and data applications to enhance client programs
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and new business efforts through research, insights, and strategy development
  • Stay current with digital trends, sharing relevant learnings to elevate internal capabilities and client outcomes
