Requirements

  • Must be able to continuously walk the Distribution Center for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 60 lbs
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
  • 1 to 2 years supervisory and/or management experience
  • Electrical/electronic background and experience with conveyors, welding, air compressors, scanners, electronic controls or industrial building maintenance required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
  • Previous experience with MP2 program and PLC preferred
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency and pick-to-light systems desired
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance support to the DC Operation on specified shift
  • Manage a team of hourly technicians
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the maintenance personnel
