- 5+ years of legal and/or contract negotiation experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with others to complete multiple tasks on time (including leading teams on calls/meetings)
- Track record of implementing positive improvements and execution
- Experience handling diverse assignments and multiple priorities with demanding turnaround times

- Carry out reviews of general contracts to verify compliance with contractual obligations, lessen legal risks, and support effective contract management processes
- Lead contract negotiation processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Deliver outstanding quality service to internal and external customers
- Provide expertise in the areas of customer contracts, negotiations, and project management
- Drive compliance with internal and external obligations
