Responsibilities

  • Carry out reviews of general contracts to verify compliance with contractual obligations, lessen legal risks, and support effective contract management processes
  • Lead contract negotiation processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Deliver outstanding quality service to internal and external customers
  • Provide expertise in the areas of customer contracts, negotiations, and project management
  • Drive compliance with internal and external obligations
