Responsibilities

  • Facilitate multi-day leadership development programs in collaboration with other facilitators and program teams
  • Deliver open enrollment competency courses for associates at all levels
  • Provide tailored facilitation aligned to specific stakeholder needs
  • Deliver training on topics related to leaders, competencies, and team effectiveness, including content for new people leaders on difficult conversations, performance and talent management, giving and receiving feedback, advanced competencies, open enrollment classes, and team effectiveness sessions for intact and cross-functional teams
  • Adjust delivery seamlessly based on learner engagement, ensuring a balance between interactive and instructional techniques
  • Incorporate multi-modal techniques (e.g., shared digital spaces, virtual and in-person) that create an engaging and balanced learning experience for all
