Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, analysis, and planning of technology, process, and related business needs to support Gilead business strategies and operations
  • Conduct use case analysis, functional design specification, process mapping, testing, and validation of business technology solutions
  • Act as lead business analyst for assigned business groups or IT domains, participating in evaluation and feasibility analysis for new or updated systems or applications
  • Orchestrate allocation and coordination of IT resources, ensuring project timelines and business goals are met efficiently
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external IT resources to support assigned projects
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution effectiveness, monitor ongoing operations for optimization opportunities, and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Serve as strategic technology partner to PDM Technical Development (Process Development) business capability, aligning technology direction with business goals
  • Ideate, plan, and oversee development of one or more business capabilities
  • Support and model a culture of high-performance, data-driven decision-making, value-driven prioritization, quality governance, and compliance within the team and IT organization
