Position Overview
The Addressable Inventory Analytics Team, a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team, focuses on managing portfolio-level programmatic reporting and analysis. This includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. The team aims to drive monetization through a deep understanding of data to develop and communicate sales strategies throughout the organization. The group consistently interacts with Sales, Ad Platforms, Operations, and Revenue Analytics.
Disney’s Addressable Ad Analytics team is seeking a Manager of Inventory Analytics to join the Advertisement Sales team. This role will specifically focus on the Programmatic business, managing the programmatic analysis of the Disney Ad Sales portfolio. The objective is to enable strategic decision-making in collaboration with Product and Programmatic Sales stakeholder teams. The role will also drive requirements, evaluate scenarios, and implement long-term solutions for scalable reporting processes to accurately measure performance against short and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales-specific analysis and programmatic demand reporting in partnership with Programmatic Ops and Strategy teams.
- Analyze and consolidate macro-level business scenarios to evaluate solutions and quantify impacts across the Sales portfolio.
- Communicate results to the senior sales leadership team.
- Manage analysts responsible for evaluating and communicating analytics outputs that meet the needs of the Sales organization.
- Facilitate learning and identify opportunities for individual growth and development.
- Drive requirements for Sales-based data collection, consolidation, and exposure to meet cross-portfolio reporting needs.
- Develop uniform KPIs throughout the tech stack for consistent, scalable outputs to quantify real-time risks and opportunities.
- Undertake ad hoc projects, including revenue risk and opportunity analysis associated with supply and demand changes.
- Work on new reporting based on evolving DTC business needs.
- Manage internal reporting outputs, distribution, and communication throughout the Sales organization.
- Partner across departments to identify marketplace and ownership (national, local, PM) reporting needs.
- Oversee the accuracy of data and effectiveness of insights to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of digital media experience focused on programmatic reporting.
- Proficiency in working with ad serving and ad management tools (e.g., ad serving technologies, Operative One, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, Magnite). Ability to identify requirements for advanced solutions within these tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; expert Excel and PowerPoint user.
- Quantitative-thinker with superior problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable leading projects and driving cross-departmental solutions.

Compensation & Location
Hiring Range:
- Santa Monica, CA: $113,800 - $152,500 per year
- New York, NY: $119,200 - $159,800 per year
Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
