Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Working knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for sound decision-making, including organization's business model, financial goals, key considerations for decisions, types of information needed, participation in business tasks, and catering to stakeholders' priorities
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Basic understanding of SOPs, ability to design, implement, and evaluate them for operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and technical expertise in RPA (e.g., Automation Anywhere) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Office 365, Copilot, Generative AI)
  • Ability to foster innovation in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work onsite five days a week

Responsibilities

  • Lead RPA Strategy & Execution: Drive adoption of Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools to streamline processes; oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle from design to deployment
  • Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Leadership: Drive solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to optimize workflows; extend ERP and core business applications through custom web applications
  • Technology Roadmap & Governance: Build and maintain technology roadmaps for RPA and M365; ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and enterprise architecture guidelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HR, and other PSLD teams to identify automation opportunities; engage with vendors to incorporate latest innovations
  • Innovation & Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of IT trends, participate in industry forums, deliver proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies; promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability
