Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Digital Media, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in publishing, editorial operations, or a related domain
Proven track record in launching or expanding editorial content initiatives
Experience managing or influencing teams in matrixed and international settings
Strong knowledge of editorial technologies, CMS platforms, and generative AI tools
Commercial acumen with ability to align content strategy to business impact
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management, and passion for innovation
Languages: German and English required

Responsibilities

Lead and innovate editorial operations with strong expertise in digital publishing processes
