Requirements

  • Electronic or Practical Engineer education with relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of proven management experience of IC test and reliability labs
  • Team management experience of 5+ technicians/operators/practical engineers
  • Excellent solid understanding of Automated Test Equipment (Reliability equipment such as HTOL’s, dual chamber ovens, IC testers and System Level test)
  • Knowledge in operating laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, DVM etc
  • Self-learner, independent, motivated, and reliable person
  • Excellent interrelations skills
  • Highly organized, Flexible and has a Can-Do approach to lead fast changing and demanding environment

Responsibilities

  • Leading all reliability test lab activities and tasks
  • Leading a team of operators and practical engineers performing various types of testing of NVIDIA ICs on reliability platforms, ATE, and evaluation boards
  • Managing NVIDIA reliability labs, including multi-millions $ worth of equipment, IQC, OQC, IC Inventory managing, and shipments
  • Full management of a team of Technicians and Operators, including day-to-day management, prioritization, focal reviews, and training
  • Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment such as IC ATE, HTOL systems, Scopes, DVMs and other tooling, minimizing downtime
  • Providing excellent support to engineers and internal customers, carrying out Q&R tasks and following strict execution methodologies
  • Establishing/Maintaining a comprehensive Engineering Lab Stock, automating complex tasks, and improving team productivity and efficiency
  • Entering and maintaining a database of work procedures and test data, and reading Schematics of electronic circuits
  • Building, updating, and improving Lab Processes and Procedures while following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks
