The base salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000, with additional estimated compensation.
This role works from the Miami area office Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Team members rotate working one weekend a month remotely from home, requiring a good internet connection and quiet environment, and you must be based within 50 miles of the Miami office.
Required experience includes at least 2 years on a customer-facing team, previous leadership/management experience, a proven track record of meeting goals, effective communication skills, ability to coach and mentor, strong project management skills, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
