This role requires collaboration with global and regional education teams, product launch leaders, and commercial leaders to develop globally relevant education for new product introductions and new employee training. A global mindset is essential, along with the ability to align on knowledge gaps, promote best practices, leverage approved technologies, and ensure training consistency across priority regions. Experience with Electrophysiology curriculum design protocols and regional learning management system administration is also necessary.
The Manager, Global Education is responsible for executing the learning strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education teams to build proficiency in the sale and clinical utilization of Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology hardware and software. This role involves collaborating with global and regional teams to develop globally relevant education for New Product Introductions and New Employee Training, ensuring consistency with the global education strategy. The position will partner with Sr. Manager, Global Education, functional leaders in EdTech, Global Strategic Marketing product launch leaders, and regional commercial leaders to align on knowledge gaps, promote best practices, leverage approved technologies, and ensure training consistency. Key responsibilities include translating marketing strategy into global education experiences, building and delivering launch training strategies and curriculum as part of the Launch Excellence process, facilitating best practice sharing with EdTech functional leads, and cataloging regional needs and best practices to share with strategy and design leads.
