College or University level training in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years supervisory or management experience in Food Services or Banquet Operations

Ensure exceptional guest experience through effective menu planning and adhering to operational standards
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for employees
Provide leadership in all day-to-day food and beverage operations, including base lodges, restaurants & bars, banquet operations, indoor and outdoor venues, and group conferences in event spaces
Coach and mentor employees to unite them around purpose and fun, creating a culture of productivity, high quality, accuracy, and revolutionary service experiences
Select passionate and talented people and execute training and development to enable revolutionary guest experiences
Foster a culture of collaboration, fun, and continuous learning across departments
Lead Food and Beverage excellence; partner with the team to create fresh, unforgettable menus, and oversee loss prevention and inventory management
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute memorable events
Contribute to budgeting and scheduling to keep operations running efficiently and profitably, ensuring financial goals are met
Represent Blue Mountain with pride in interactions with suppliers, partners, and the wider community
