Requirements

  • Natural leadership skills with passion for developing people and building strong teams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through effective menu planning and adhering to operational standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for employees
  • Provide leadership in all day-to-day food and beverage operations, including base lodges, restaurants & bars, banquet operations, indoor and outdoor venues, and group conferences in event spaces
  • Coach and mentor employees to unite them around purpose and fun, creating a culture of productivity, high quality, accuracy, and revolutionary service experiences
  • Select passionate and talented people and execute training and development to enable revolutionary guest experiences
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, fun, and continuous learning across departments
  • Lead Food and Beverage excellence; partner with the team to create fresh, unforgettable menus, and oversee loss prevention and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute memorable events
  • Contribute to budgeting and scheduling to keep operations running efficiently and profitably, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Represent Blue Mountain with pride in interactions with suppliers, partners, and the wider community
  • Champion compliance, health, and safety standards and culture
