Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance, gained at a high-growth startup or well-established company. Familiarity with Technology, E-commerce, and/or Marketplace business models, including omnichannel sales models, is required, along with a proven understanding of accounting and accounting operations/processes. Exposure to NetSuite and/or other accounting systems is a plus, as is SQL exposure or a willingness to learn it.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Finance, you will partner with the team and business leaders to create monthly financial reviews for executives, support and drive the company’s financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting process, and identify risks and opportunities to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. You will also perform and review month-end variance analyses, manage budgets for key functional teams, support with investor relations and quarterly board presentations, and contribute to corporate development projects such as M&A or minority investments. Additionally, you will support with ad-hoc strategic analyses and work across the business, ensuring the continued growth of the company and its platforms.
