Responsibilities

  • Supervise associates by writing performance evaluations, training Layout Center associates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, monitoring performance, partnering on improvements, managing schedules, reviewing time information, creating reports, and addressing issues
  • Ensure associates respond to emergencies, outages, alarms, and calls by creating recovery plans, assessing situations, staging resources, coordinating departments, hiring contractors, approving power restoration, remediating issues, escalating as needed, and updating teams on restoration plans
  • Oversee proactive measures through programming for energy savings, sustainability, and customer satisfaction by analyzing data, identifying programming needs, deciding on equipment operations, and restoring assets
  • Maintain project oversight by ensuring timelines, coordinating changes, managing costs, monitoring status, communicating schedules, tracking updates, ensuring material availability, preparing cost estimates, recommending improvements, and approving invoices
  • Manage environmental compliance by training associates and managers, monitoring policies and procedures, and resolving compliance opportunities
  • Develop and manage financial planning by analyzing data for budgets, establishing spend plans for maintenance/repair and capital expenditures, developing financial tools, collaborating on budgets/forecasts, and conducting review meetings
  • Coordinate job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting continuous learning
  • Provide supervision and development by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset
