Requirements

  • Leadership in directing regional field operations, setting goals, monitoring performance, and tracking preventive maintenance
  • Supervisory experience, including selecting, training, mentoring associates, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering team environments
  • Strong project management skills for timelines, changes, costs, resource allocation, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Direct heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations
  • Oversee execution of sustainability initiatives and resolve issues with vendors, service providers, and contractors
  • Manage complex projects by assigning work, supervising progress, inspecting completions, and approving requisitions and timecards
  • Direct regional field operations, develop goals, approve activities, control costs, and monitor contractor performance
  • Develop and approve budgets for capital expenses, staff needs, and compensation; evaluate ROI and approve contracts/invoices
  • Review budget plans, verify cost estimates, approve purchases, and provide technical assistance for materials and equipment
  • Maintain project oversight, ensure timelines, coordinate changes, manage costs, and communicate updates
  • Manage department budget by analyzing data trends, validating spending, reviewing invoices, and ensuring warranty/lease compliance
  • Ensure compliance with HVAC/R laws, regulations, and guidelines through reviews and inspections
  • Drive business plans and projects by identifying needs, communicating priorities, removing barriers, measuring progress, and developing contingency plans
  • Provide supervision and development for associates, including training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and promoting a belonging mindset
