Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on enterprise systems engineering. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring QA teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and testing frameworks. Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro, Vertex, Boomi, Netsuite, and other integrated solutions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The QA Manager of Enterprise Systems Engineering will lead a cross-functional team of QA engineers to test, validate, and support enterprise software applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. They will drive automation initiatives, optimize testing strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery across complex systems, focusing on Lead to Cash processes. The role involves guiding teams in innovative use of QA tools and methodologies, establishing best practices, and serving as a subject matter expert in QA processes within the L2C ecosystem.
