Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of any college degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business degree
  • Has 10 years relevant work experience with 5 years experience in the function
  • 5 years' managerial experience
  • Must have relevant experience in complying with US regulatory requirements and processes
  • Must have contracting experience specifically with HR services
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang in a predominantly work from home set up
  • Must be willing to work in a mid shift schedule
  • Strong technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team or manages assigned sub-function, including but not limited to Sourcing Manager and Contract Manager
  • Manage RFx process, including conducting supplier due diligence and facilitating supplier demos (Sourcing Manager)
  • Drives selection strategy based on market knowledge, commodity, and long-term business objectives (Sourcing Manager)
  • Conduct market research to assess options in the market, identify possible suppliers (Sourcing Manager)
  • Recap supplier proposals for LOB and make a supplier selection recommendation to the LOB (Sourcing Manager)
  • Partner with LOB to develop a list of requirements (Sourcing Manager)
  • Drafts the governing agreement (MSA, standalone, T&Cs) (Contract Manager)
  • Partners with the Third Party Manager and LOB in the development and execution of overall negotiation strategy (Legal Terms) (Contract Manager)
  • Partner with the Third Party Manager to socialize risks with the LOB and AE (Contract Manager)
  • Routes the deal for signature in DocuSign once ALL due diligence has been completed (Contract Manager)
  • Manages the transaction effectively, with assistance from TPM as needed, to meet the business timelines (Contract Manager)
  • People development (as applicable): Engages team in regular coaching and feedback to improve performance and develop competencies. Conducts mid-year and year-end performance reviews
  • May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub functions within Enterprise Supply Management
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
