- Strong cross-functional partnership and translation of marketing needs into technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for ChuckECheese.com, booking flows (birthday, membership, reservations), and user experience optimization to boost engagement and conversion
- Drive roadmap for website Chatbot, including AI integration and booking automation
- Own SEO strategy and manage location listings for 450+ venues
- Monitor reputation sentiment and use GA4/other analytics for strategy and optimization
- Lead lifecycle segmentation for Birthday Club and Membership, partner on targeted content
- Support ESP migration planning and rollout
- Build automated email journeys and integrate into broader campaigns; manage high-volume email (250M+ sends)
- Manage innovation budget ($50k–$100k) to test AI/automation tools
- Lead data hygiene, tagging strategy, and partner with Marketing Technology Specialist on implementation
- Manage, coach, and prioritize work for Marketing Technology Specialist
- Hire, assign, and review freelancers for digital production/content
- Partner with IT (translate requirements), Legal (adoption), Brand, Creative, PR/Operations for alignment and execution
