Responsibilities

As Manager, Customer Support Operations, you will be responsible for building and managing the support function for MZLA’s paid subscription service, designing and implementing support systems and workflows, overseeing support operations for both paid and free products, collaborating with community support, driving self-service success, handling vendor relationships, and owning the support experience. You will also monitor key metrics, analyze data, and optimize support processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
