As a Manager, Customer Support, you will oversee the ticket management process, ensuring effective investigation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical issues, and communicating solutions to customers clearly and concisely. You will also balance your role as a player and coach by working alongside your team, resolving tickets, leading the creation and maintenance of customer-facing help documentation and internal support guides, and identifying opportunities to improve the Support team’s processes to drive greater efficiency and scalability.
Simplifies SoC design for machine learning
